Hanson Brothers - Live at the Starlight in Waterloo, Ontario (March 29, 2014)

The guy with the camera was standing just to the left of me, so this was basically my view for the first 7/9 of the set. If you watch closely enough you can see me head-bobbing and smiling like an idiot because I’m loving the show so much. So fucking good. Too bad the sound isn’t as good as I’d like, but fuckit.

Punk Rock Canada - Crash ‘n Burn (1977)

Finally, the first part of this documentary has the audio track back (damn copyright…).

Pretty solid documentary on the Toronto punk scene in 1977. Check it out, and to the people I have here who live in Toronto, or southern Ontario who are involved in punk, know yer damn history!!!

Part 3:

Part 4:

Jello Biafra with D.O.A. (1989)

1. That’s Progress
2. Attack of the Peacekeepers
3. Wish I Was in El Salvador
4. Power is Boring
5. We Gotta Get Out of This Place
6. Full Metal Jackoff

Awesome collaboration album between Jello Biafra and D.O.A. 6 songs of pure gold, capping off with the 14-minute ‘Full Metal Jackoff’.
One of the best D.O.A. records, and the best Jello’s voice has ever sounded.

Jello Biafra with NoMeansNo (1995)

1. Falling Space Junk
2. Jesus Was a Terrorist
3. Bruce’s Diary
4. Bad
5. Ride the Flume
6. Chew
7. Sharks in the Gene Pool
8. The Myth Is Real (Let’s Eat)

The Jello Biafra and NoMeansNo collaboration album. Between this and the D.O.A. album, I really can’t decide which I like better. The decision is also complicated by the fact that D.O.A. and NoMeansNo are two of my very top favourite bands, so well shit.

It’s awesome. Listen to it.

SNFU - Fate (1996)

Dogboy climbed the tower
Not sure if he’d jump or fall
The driver of the big black hearse
He sat there waiting

Waiting for the worst
Waiting for the word

Dogtown was elated
When the boy climbed down on his own
The driver of the big black hearse
He sat there waiting

Waiting for the worst
Waiting for the word

Call it luck, I call it fate

As the sun shines over the small town
The graveyard is no place for the young

The graveyard is no place for anyone
